Terms & Conditions

Effective August 17, 2026. These terms cover buying, selling, fees, payouts and enforcement on MineCom.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MineCom you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.
MineCom is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

You must be at least 13 years old, and under 18 only with parent or guardian involvement.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Usernames that impersonate staff or contain offensive content are not permitted and may be reset or removed.

Payment is captured at checkout and held in protection. Funds are released to the seller after you confirm delivery, or automatically when the 3-day inspection window closes.
You must keep communication and delivery on-platform. Off-platform trades are not protected and are not eligible for refunds or disputes.
Filing a chargeback instead of a dispute may result in your account being suspended.

Sellers must be approved and must complete payout onboarding, including any identity verification required by our payment processor.
You may only list goods and services you actually own or can genuinely provide, and listings must be accurate about what is delivered.
Listings priced at $300 or more require proof of ownership approved by staff before they go live.
Delivering late, delivering something different, or failing to deliver can result in refunds, loss of earnings and enforcement action.

No stolen, hacked, recovered or chargeback-sourced accounts or items.
No malware, phishing, account-recovery scams, fake proof or fraudulent reviews.
No off-platform payment requests, fee avoidance, or attempts to move buyers away from MineCom.
No harassment, hate speech, threats or impersonation of MineCom staff.
No listings that violate applicable law or the terms of the game or servers involved.

Sellers pay a 10% platform commission on the sale price of each completed order.
Buyers pay a payment processing fee shown separately at checkout before payment.
Optional upgrades, such as the Verified Seller Badge, are charged at the price shown and are non-refundable once activated.
Fees may change; changes apply to orders created after the change is published.

Earnings become available after the order completes and the inspection window closes.
Payouts are sent through our payment processor to your connected account and typically arrive within 1–2 business days after release.
We may delay or withhold a payout while an order is disputed, under review, or subject to a chargeback.

Either party may open a dispute from the order page during or shortly after the inspection window.
Support reviews the on-platform evidence and may refund the buyer in whole or in part, or release funds to the seller.
Support decisions on disputes are final within the marketplace.

We may restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms, and may remove or pause any listing at our discretion.
Restricted, suspended or banned users may appeal by opening a ticket in the MineCom Discord.

MineCom provides the marketplace and protection process but is not the seller of user listings and does not guarantee any specific outcome from a trade.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we collected on the order in question.

We may update these Terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
